THREE BEAN BURGER DREAM

1 CUP OF KIDNEY BEANS
1 CUP OF BLACK BEANS
1 CUP OF PINTO BEANS (CANED BEANS MAKE FOR A GREAT TIME SAVIOR)
1 1/2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
2 TABELSPOONS WHEAT GERM
1/4 CUP FLAX SEED (YOU CAN SUB OTHERS LICKE SUN FLOWER)
1 DICED ONION
1 DICED BELL PEPPER
2 TABELSPOONS DICED FRESH GARLIC
1 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
1 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER
1/2 TEASPOON LIQUID SMOKE

PLACE DRAINED BEANS IN FOOD PROCESSOR (KEEP LIQUID TOO SIDE)
PUREE BEANS,ADD SEEDS,SALT AND PEPPER,DICED GARLICAND LIQUID SMOKE.

IN LARGE BOWL MIX IN FLOUR AND WHEAT GERM(ADD P&OS)LAST BY HAND,IF MIX IS TOO THICK ADD SOME OFF THE BEAN JUICE.TO WET ADD FLOUR.
PATY AND COOK(DOSE NOT WORK WELL ON A BBQ GREAT ON FLAT TOP OR
IN A PAN (NOTE COOK ON A LOW TEMP TO INSUER PROPPER COOKIG ABOUT
10.00 MINUTES A SIDE.DO NOT COVER IF YOU WHANT A BIT OF A CRUNCH AND BETTER FORUM.
