SUNDAY SURPRISE WAFFLES

  1. 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  2. 4 1/4 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
  3. 4 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR
  4. 1 1/4 TEASPOONS OF SALT
  5. 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER (UNSALTED)
  6. 2 EGGS SEPERATED
  7. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS
  8. PREHEAT WAFFLE IRON (SPRAY WITH VEGITABEL OIL)
  9. IN A MEDIUM BOWL WHIPP EGG WHITES TILL STIF (PEAKS FOURM)
  10. MIX DRY WITH BUTTER AND EGG YOLKS
  11. FOLD IN EGG-WHITES
  12. POUR IN TO WAFFEL IRON (CLOSE LID AND WAIT FOR STEAM TO STOP)
  13. TOP WHIT WIPPED CREAM(CHOICE FRUIOT NUTS GET ARTISITIC)
  14. BEST OF COOKING CHEF ON THE LOOSE.......................
