- PREHEAT WAFFLE IRON (SPRAY WITH VEGITABEL OIL)
- IN A MEDIUM BOWL WHIPP EGG WHITES TILL STIF (PEAKS FOURM)
- MIX DRY WITH BUTTER AND EGG YOLKS
- FOLD IN EGG-WHITES
- POUR IN TO WAFFEL IRON (CLOSE LID AND WAIT FOR STEAM TO STOP)
- TOP WHIT WIPPED CREAM(CHOICE FRUIOT NUTS GET ARTISITIC)
