CRANBERRY CORNBREAD MUFFINS

1 1/4 cups yellow cornbread
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups vegitable oil
2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
3/4 cups frozen crannberries
sprinkle with powdered sugar when finished cooking

preheat oven to 425oF put in paper cup liners
mix ingredients(wet then dry)
fill cups 7/8 full
bake 17-25 minutes (dark metal pans woork best)silcon will work ajust cook time as needed
done when toothpick comes out clean
cool and sprinkel with powdered sugar
